At Zafalia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, or washing. Please note that items marked as final sale, discounted, or personalized are not eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached. We will promptly take care of the issue at no additional cost to you.
